5 years of service

Started with Harps in 2019 at the reopening of the Bella Vista Store. Started out as the Assistant manager and in March 2020 became the manager of the Centerton location. After almost a year, I was promoted to the Bentonville location right before Thanksgiving, where I oversaw two locations (Centerton and Bentonville). By Valentines day 2021, I moved backed to the Bella Vista store and remade the the bakery/deli department new again. Bigger sales, Bigger displays. Fuller cases for sales. Brand new team members. I worked closely with other department managers in the store to create beautiful displays and sale opportunities. Collaborated with other stores in the area during holidays and other big deal days to preform better. Helped customers with purchases, new items, and sales to have a memorable experience at the store. After two years at the Bella Vista location, I was promoted to the Lowell location. I have been at this location for 2.5 years. This location was built with open food bar islands which were shut down during covid. It became my goal to get the hot bar open again and I can honestly say that it has reopened and is doing exceptionally well. Again, I came in and revamped it to make it better. Better organization, training for all employees. Helping associates find their niche in the company to be the best at what they can do.
