Hands-on production lead with extensive experience in welding and fabrication, combined with mechanical knowledge and quality assurance capabilities. Effective in reading blueprints and coordinating multiple departments to meet production goals. Learned how to weld in high school and at Southern Bleachers. Followed it and went to TSTC in Abilene for welding and took one semester. The pandemic started, which disrupted my education. I got my job at 1954 and gained hands-on experience, then got a job at Petrosmith in 2022. Im a hard worker, I am reliable and responsible, and have always had to work for what I have. I'm not scared to get my hands dirty and I am a fast learner. I've been at Petro Smith for over 3 years, learned a lot, and earned a lead position on the night shift where I oversee all of production on nights in multiple departments: saw house, profiler, plasma table, vessel assembly, hydro, and pipe assembly. I'm a very patient person and get along with anyone and everyone. I also operate the small and large forklift on my shift and perform small repairs to equipment when they malfunction. I am also the quality control for my shift.
