Kay started a career being head hunted out of grad school to train for a specific position, which was "graphic designer that is a full stack designer who specializes in front end development. At the end of training, Kay reached the goal of being able to code anything that can be designed and designed anything that can be coded. Over the years, Kay has picked up multiple tools through going through an average of 10 projects a year with multiple releases every month, and is comfortable learning new tools on-the-fly. Kay believes that a good front end designer is both a full stack developer and a graphic designer who is well versed in UX, so that the focus can be on presentation layer code creation with the full support and communication with the people in every role involved.
Using new technologies to create smooth and blemish free experiences, so the users can concentrate on their feelings instead of their actions.
