Accomplishments

    One of my greatest accomplishments is using data and problem solving skills to identify patterns that was negatively impacting patient record accuracy. In order to solve the issue I created a trauma name alias form. This form was approved by the Ascension executives and board. Upon approval this form will be implemented throughout all Ascension facilities in the state of Florida.
