CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT

Swim Club- For all of my semesters at Salve I swam on the Salve swim team. After a great first season, I was able to match my best times, and eventually be promoted to co-captain for my sophomore, junior, and senior semesters.

Global Ambassador- Volunteered in the study abroad office at Salve Regina University, assisting those who are looking to study abroad themselves. Offered a combination of personal insight and provided information regarding important aspects of the study abroad process. Assisting in the initial intake process for students and answering questions for students in a concise and timely manner while ensuring all information provided is accurate and detailed.

Hope Harbor Home, Bolivia NC - Court and Victims Advocacy Intern, July 2025-February 26, 2026

  • Responsible for assisting various clientele with filing 50B or domestic violence restraining order paperwork
  • Attended court with various clientele to assist in guidance through civil proceedings and emotional support throughout their case
  • Assisted in client transportation from shelter to various appointments, court dates, or other necessary locations ensuring the safety of the client outside of the shelter
  • Updated online filing on clients ensuring detailed depictions of events were charted on as well as updating copies of any important scanned files i.e copies of 50B restraining orders etc.
  • Collecting resources from locations around the country to provide to clients who might be relocating with said resources so they feel safe, and protected even when they leave our care
  • Assisted in finding housing for clients who are in need of relocation due to the severity of their situation; also included finding housing alternatives for clients in shelter
  • Facilitated the strategic creation and analysis of online engagement through social media to increase awareness of upcoming events, domestic violence awareness, and the inner workings of the company to help share our mission and resources further

Undergraduate Research Experience — Salve Regina University Fall 2022-Spring 2023

  • Conducted literature reviews exploring the views of gender and tattoos on restaurant tipping biases
  • Designed an experiment studying the effects of gender and tattoos on tipping bias and analyzed the results using IBM SPSS
