Driven and ambitious recent graduate looking for work in the field of psychological research. I am a fast learner used to producing quality work in fast-paced environments. I am eager to enhance my research experience and make significant contributions to the realm of research psychology.

Swim Club- For all of my semesters at Salve I swam on the Salve swim team. After a great first season, I was able to match my best times, and eventually be promoted to co-captain for my sophomore, junior, and senior semesters.

Global Ambassador- Volunteered in the study abroad office at Salve Regina University, assisting those who are looking to study abroad themselves. Offered a combination of personal insight and provided information regarding important aspects of the study abroad process. Assisting in the initial intake process for students and answering questions for students in a concise and timely manner while ensuring all information provided is accurate and detailed.

• Responsible for assisting various clientele with filing 50B or domestic violence restraining order paperwork
• Attended court with various clientele to assist in guidance through civil proceedings and emotional support throughout their case
• Assisted in client transportation from shelter to various appointments, court dates, or other necessary locations ensuring the safety of the client outside of the shelter
• Updated online filing on clients ensuring detailed depictions of events were charted on as well as updating copies of any important scanned files i.e copies of 50B restraining orders etc.
• Collecting resources from locations around the country to provide to clients who might be relocating with said resources so they feel safe, and protected even when they leave our care
• Assisted in finding housing for clients who are in need of relocation due to the severity of their situation; also included finding housing alternatives for clients in shelter
• Facilitated the strategic creation and analysis of online engagement through social media to increase awareness of upcoming events, domestic violence awareness, and the inner workings of the company to help share our mission and resources further
• Aided in community outreach regarding upcoming events as well as gaining and recognizing sponsors and vendors who would be able to contribute to our events
• Aiding in the approval process for financial assistance for clientele while they were involved in our program
• Updating resource lists and ensuring the most accurate and up to date information is at our disposal
• Gained knowledge in taking and assisting with crisis calls, approving individuals for shelter, assessing their needs, providing resources, and crisis de-escalation strategies

• Responsible for assisting with paperwork regarding no contact orders
• Researching files to confirm active no contact files contained all were correct and still active
• Disposal of files that were moved beyond our jurisdiction to superior court, cases that were dismissed, or no longer had an active no contact order
• Updating data in Empower system, ensuring accuracy of public information
• Distributing letters to clients with active no contact orders that provide updates on their pending cases
• Leading victims through the court system by supporting them inside and outside of the courtroom, assessing their needs and assisting them in meeting these needs

Undergraduate Research Experience — Salve Regina University Fall 2022-Spring 2023

• Conducted literature reviews exploring the views of gender and tattoos on restaurant tipping biases
• Designed an experiment studying the effects of gender and tattoos on tipping bias and analyzed the results using IBM SPSS
• Recruited participants for our experiment using social media, and in-person recruitment techniques
• Presenting the findings at SRYou Day (Salve Regina University’s academic research conference)
• Conducted an official write up of scientific conclusions based on research topic
