• Promote a healthy, emotional, social, intellectual, and physical environment for each child.

• Responsible for the safe supervision of the assigned group of children while planning a creative curriculum environment.

• Plan daily lessons, child assessments, and curriculum with a variety of activities to enhance gross and fine motor skills, social/emotional development, and provide children with sensory and cognitive experiences.

• Oversees the assistant teacher and learning center leaders while in the classroom.

• Engages in positive staff and child interactions along with positive parent and teacher interactions.

• Maintains effective communication with the classroom assistants and early learning center directors.

• Role model for the children by presenting in a confident dignified manner

• Monitored and ensured quality control for all garments produced.

• Communicated with team members when garments were imperfect and needed to be redone.

• Folded, tagged, labeled, boxed, and counted garments and prepared them for shipping.

• Moved into home to provide a safe and stable environment while their mother was severely ill, and their father was busy working and tending to their mother’s medical needs.

• Provided transportation to and from school, activities, and appointments.

• Meal planned, grocery shopped, and cooked for all meals.

• Planned fun activities to keep the children engaged and active.
