
I am eager to learn new skills with any job I have. Open to unfamiliar work to improve my skillset, and I have an open mind to learn the ins and outs of any job. I want to be able to take on different challenges in life. I am passionate about learning new things. I am willing and able to learn new things and shoulder new responsibilities along the way.
At this job I'm the main dishwasher. I occasionally help out on the line for cooking. For the majority of the cooking I'm doing the fry station, which includes; calamari, wings, tots/loaded fries, fish, and fried chicken.
I help with all stations at this location; cooking, cleanup, stocking, drive thru, frontline, backline, cashier, prep, and kitchen. I would often be doing multiple stations at once.
My main responsibility was the grill. Cooking on multiple grills at once, by myself for the majority of the time. I'd frequently help out on the dressing station and fryers when needed. I also helped open and close the store; prep and cleanup. Sometimes would do open-close shifts as well. This establishment wasn't built I was hired so the team helped build the store up and opened completely from the start.
At this job I knew basically the whole store; Grill, dressing, cashier, and fryers. As well as opening and closing; Prep and cleanup. I would sometimes do manager duties such as inventory or counting drawers.
I was mostly on the register but I also did tasks around the store like refilling the frozen yogurt flavors, toppings, candies, syrups, and sweets. We started selling smoothies not too long after I was hired so I learned how to do those as I went. Then prepping in the morning and cleanup at night; sweep, mop, restocking, counting drawers, shutting down the machines.
