I am a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a passion for supporting the well-being and success of student-athletes. With a strong emphasis on a whole-human, holistic approach, I prioritize both the mental and physical health of the individuals I work with. Currently serving as an academic advisor, I have over a year and a half of experience as a peer mentor for student-athletes. I hold a Master's degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology and am actively working towards CMPC licensure to further enhance my ability to support student-athletes in achieving their full potential in all aspects.
