My role within the company is to speak with insurance companies and doctors on behalf of customers seeking prescriptions. I was also assigned to make prescriptions as well as organize some of our inventory.

• Watched kids from infants to 10 years old, helped with schoolwork, assisted with carpool, organized fun activities

• Cooked and took orders in the front and at the window, encountered different kinds of people, responsible for cleaning and making sure the establishment was presentable

• Gave customers great service and a good experience, stayed aware of everything going on around me, used words positively to reach others

• Answered phone, filed paperwork, handled insurances/claims, scheduled appointments, administered vaccines, ran tests, scrubbed in on surgeries, dealt with animals and their owners, performed X rays, sent out reports and radiograph interpretations, cleaned up in the hospital, helped with inventory
