Accomplishments

Also worked as a Property Manager and Rental Inspector for Monach Property Management from 2016-2018. As Property Manager, I ran 30 HOAs single handedly. Managing board meetings, minutes, monthly property inspections, budget, monthly home owner fees, and monthly expenses for HOA. Also coordinated maintenance requests and bids for work to be done. Rental inspections were done for new leases/move ins and after tenant moved out; also done monthly for tenants.
