• Contract Rig Welding majority of the work is oil field work, Water transfer piping, Saltwater disposal stations (Stainless piping), flow lines, piping on oil coolers…All the carbon is downhill and most of it is 100% x-ray, as well as the stainless is 100% x-ray.
• Welded various types of connections using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding and Shielded Metal Arc Welding to complete tasks on-time and with high-quality final results.
• Conducted highly skilled special welds with extremely low tolerances for industrial operations in refinery's, power generation, and oil field applications.
• Worked in extreme environments from-40 to +100F.

• Natgasoline Methanol project, Fabrication and welding of P11& P22 Chrome Heavy wall piping for a methanol to gasoline reformer.
• All welds were executed with no repairs and using 100% x-ray NDT.
• Minimized warping by using good fitting, burning and welding techniques.
• Diagnosed and performed repairs for chrome pipe and structural components.

• New construction Urea plant for Basin Electric, Fabricated and welding of various types of alloy piping.

• Retube on Crude heater #2 at the Western Refining Company refinery demolition and installation of 9 chrome tubes from 3-4” sch 40 tubes.
• Also Pre tar on Sinclair Refining in casper wyoming.
• Removed head and overhead line installed new over head line, dip legs as well fabricated new inlet at bottom of Cat unit.
• Interpreted verbal and written instructions from work orders and welding blueprints.
• Welded On Inconel Chrome, Stainless and Carbon steel components.

• Crude unit at the Holly Frontier Tulsa, OK.
• Worked from ISO metrics to demo and install various piping systems.
• Also did some heater work which consisted of cutting and welding P11 Chrome tube components out that were mirror welds.

• Worked on various piping systems as well as vessels and tanks for Sinclair refining company.
• Used many different welding procedures as well as different processes.
• Clamped, held, tack-welded, heat-bent, ground and bolted component parts to achieve required configurations and positions.
• Removed and repaired unacceptable welds with air arc and grinder to meet quality guidelines.
