Lead of all ortho trauma, in charge of keeping track of all implants and ordering, receiving orders and putting away, guiding staff to their responsibilities, leading the floor and leading shift huddles, working closely with surgeons and vendors to make sure we had everything we needed for our patients, ensure trays were sterile, handling vendor trays and checking in, sterilization, decontamination, core tech, and maintenance work.
