  • Educate new nurses and physicians about signs of deterioration, life saving interventions during an emergency, and the resources available around them.
  • Serve a preceptor and peer interviewer for new employees
  • Initiated the first MET team unit based council and severed as Chair for this council from 2019-2025. Served as Chair of the Critical Care Division Council from 2019-2021. Began a committee focused on improving employee moral for the MET team.
