In owning a boutique property management company that specialized in small communities under 100 units, I oversaw all operational tasks pertinent to operating the business. Simultaneously, I assisted engineers in the development of our proprietary property management software.
I was responsible for all employee oversight, business development and client relationships, business system development/management, client meetings, contract management, compliance, processes and procedure implementation/development, business accounting, property accounting, and more.
As a start-up company, we didn't have the overhead to bring on all the needed team members so I gained a heightened sense of organization, time management, and analyzing people to continue nurturing every relationship that held the business together

I started Arrived after seeing a huge need in the market for single-family management services. In addition, my entrepreneurial ventures as an investor in short-term rentals allowed me to open the door to vacation rentals as well.
My versatility allowed the company to place me in any area that needed strengthening. My roles included: accounts receivable, training, auditing, business development, marketing, property management, and assistant to the owner. For many years, I did more than one of these roles at the same time.
