In owning a boutique property management company that specialized in small communities under 100 units, I oversaw all operational tasks pertinent to operating the business. Simultaneously, I assisted engineers in the development of our proprietary property management software.


I was responsible for all employee oversight, business development and client relationships, business system development/management, client meetings, contract management, compliance, processes and procedure implementation/development, business accounting, property accounting, and more.


As a start-up company, we didn't have the overhead to bring on all the needed team members so I gained a heightened sense of organization, time management, and analyzing people to continue nurturing every relationship that held the business together


As we grew, processes shifted and the implementation behind those was ever-evolving to ensure we remained stable with growth.

  • Worked alongside the president of the company to manage operations and construction financials. This included overseeing receivables from construction projects and ensuring IS was updated regularly with incoming payments. Reviewed operations IS for an overview on company health.
  • Handled all CRM, trained business development staff, worked closely with the owner on cold-calling/sales aspects of growth for the company, and developed business flyers and marketing material for potential clients.
  • Provided accounts receivable training to all on-site staff members. Fully self-developed the company's accounts receivable manual.
