In the fraud business industry I work with customer's personal information. I keep the customer's personal information secured and my workspace secured to protect our customer's and their information to prevent fraud. I help the agents with our job duties and how to assist the customer. Taking chat and calls on a daily basis. Handing upset customer's due to either their account being locked for some reason, unauthorized transactions on their cards or just upset at the previous agents. When I am in these type of situations I de-escalate the customers and show empathy.

* Price tagged items, straightened all the shelves and made sure things were stocked and looked nice for the next business day.

* Handle upset customer's when their were any issues such as orders being completed wrong.
