Summary
Prior to becoming a nurse, I was a nanny for over 10 years. I have enjoyed taking care of others since I was old enough to help my parents take care of my brothers. Originally, I was on a path to becoming a Speech Language Pathologist. However, at the time I was accepted into grad school, I also had an offer for a full ride to an accelerated RN program. I chose the path to becoming and RN because of the vast variety of options it would lead me to in the future. The past 6 years of my nursing career has molded me into a nurse who strives to give 110% every day. I'm known for saying, "teamwork makes the dream work," and believe that to the core. My desire is to be a light and source of positivity to those around me.
