Summary

I worked at the Lafayette Chick-fil-A location from 2018-2020, and then I moved locations to the Purdue Chick-fil-A on campus. We would only have 10-12 employees at a time, but I would lead shifts where we would serve 500+ guests in one hour. It came with expert planning and leadership to make that become the norm of serving that many guests each hour. I have since then moved back to the Lafayette location where I am a manager of the drive-thru. I have come up with improving operations for accuracy, speed of service, and cleanliness of the store. I have also ran the social media for Lafayette Chick-fil-A for 2 years now.
