  • As the PSR I would check patients in for their appointments, collect payments, verify insurance, check to make sure we had the dental cases in office, confirm appointments and schedule appointments
  • As the AOM I would do all the same as the PSR and I would do the consults for patients that need to know their treatment and the cost of it, I would have to show the patients how to apply for financing options and apply that to the accounts, I would have to have morning meetings with the staff to see if there was anything from the day before that we could have done differently or just give them any upcoming news or changes in the office
