Accomplishments

I have dedicated 13 years of my life to rodeo where I have competed in Goat Tying, Breakaway Roping, Barrel Racing, Pole Bending, Team Roping, and Cutting. Resulting from my hard work and dedication to rodeo so far, I am a 3 time Junior High state qualifier, a 3 time High School state qualifier, a 3 time TMRA all around champion, 4 time reserved TMRA all around champion, and have attended the Next Level Goat Tying clinic where I was personally awarded reserve champion and most coach-able. In my time committed to FFA, I have been awarded several class FFA awards as well as competing in the FFA Junior Livestock Auction where I placed 1st in Showmanship and 3rd in market for my class. Through the Devil’s garden horsemanship program of training, halter breaking, and starting a wild mustang, I placed 2nd overall for the seasonal competition.

Affiliations

I have participated in extra curricular activities such as Rodeo, Cheerleading, and FFA. I have been Cheer leading for 3 years where I have served the position as a Varsity flyer. I have also been involved and competing in rodeo for 13 years where I have had many memorable and beneficial experiences. So far in my involvement in community service activities, I have a total of 96 community service hours in which I hope to increase before I graduate. I have also participated in FFA work experience projects where I raised, doctored, halter broke, and trained a market steer in which I sold independently at the Junior Livestock Auction in Bishop ca. In addition, I took part in the Devil’s garden horsemanship program and competed in halter breaking, training, and starting a wild mustang.

During my time attending LPHS I have completed my 3 years of English, Biology, AG ASCI Intro, AG Mechanics, Spanish 1, Integrated Math 1, World History, Geometry, Physics, AG ASCI Interm, Spanish 2, Art, U.S History, Algebra 2, AG SCI/ADV, Chemistry, and I am currently taking ENGL-C1000, U.S Government, Math C141, AG ASCI VET SCI, and AG Mech 2.
