Grinder:

•Using hand or stand grinders to grind casings so they meet customer satisfaction.

• To inspect each casting to ensure we only ship quality parts that may be used in safety critical situations.

• To work in a safe and efficient manner while producing at or above the calculated rate of the job,

• To follow safety protocols no matter what.

NDT Set-up:

• To supervise and assist your lines in producing quality parts in the most efficient and safe way possible.

• To provide your lines with all of the tools they need to get the job done the best it can.

• To set up and maintain a properly calibrated NDT machine to ensure the tests are accurate and effective throughout the entire job by testing a part, recording velocity, using a bandsaw to cut a sample piece of iron so the metallurgical lab can verify numbers are accurate.

• To ensure all safety protocols are being followed.

• Assisted clients with activities of daily living, promoting independence and quality of life.
• Cleaned house, managed laundry, and completed weekly menu planning.
• Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal reminders, and medication administration.
• Performed light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness standards while respecting the patient''s personal space.
