I have been working in customer service for about 11 years now, in both volunteer work and in retail. I am open to trying new occupations. I have a knowledge of ASL that I took for 2 years, I am still utilizing today.
• Managed daily NSF (non-sufficient funds) reports by reviewing accounts with holds or insufficient balances, ensuring timely resolution of exception items in compliance with bank policies.
• Researched and reposted approved debit and credit transactions to newly opened accounts following compromise, maintaining accuracy and minimizing customer disruption.
