Being a Lead, I was the first point of contact and have much experience collaborating directly with customers, technicians, adjacent departments, and management to come to peaceful and timely resolutions.
  • Maintained accurate records of all dispatched calls, improving data tracking for future analysis. This included accurate general customer and Emergency Response information.
  • Utilized dispatch software to enter service tickets, customer parts orders, and general information For emergent situations, Maintenance, and Billing/Registration needs.
  • Directly handled confidential and time sensitive customer, management, and maintenance information via email and phone communications. Being a lead I had direct access of technical documents from our service team and managed data entry and customer account changes based on this information.
  • Dispatched and scheduled regular and urgent service situations between customers and available technicians.
  • Collaborated with fellow dispatchers to maintain a seamless workflow during shift changes. This included: Managing workflow and shift projects to ensure all tasks were completed effectively while managing regular workflow, managing shift schedules and coverage, and any on-call questions or staff issues as needed.
  • Ultimately I have learned how to effectively collaborate, handle multiple tasks, accurately data log, work under pressure, and - most importantly- the value in working towards making coworkers' and customers' day just a little bit better however I can.
