  • I provide administrative and operational support to the Associate Dean of Research, the Pharmaceutical Research Building and all faculty, staff and graduate students located there
  • Receive, screen and route phone calls and visitors
  • Receive and route packages to multiple labs
  • Handle building access by making sure lab safety courses are up to date and routing all access forms for swipe and key requests to access control
  • In charge of completing requests with ID Card Services for outside vendors to obtain a banner so I may then give them building access
  • Coordinate meetings and reserve proper conference and resource rooms
  • Manage time in Kronos for our four student workers
  • Order research and lab supplies for multiple labs through Quartzy and order all office supplies for the PRB
  • Monitor/manage BioRaft as we get new students

Activities

One of my greatest joys is volunteering with the Graduation Commencement Ceremonies. Throughout my volunteering I’ve been in several roles including the honor of being the Macebearer and carrying the Gonfalon for the Harrison College of Pharmacy and served the event in the arena and the stadium. Member of multiple committees within my department including the Student Honors and Awards, Faculty Development Retreat and Best Practices for Research Excellence.
