  • Productivity Metrics Tracking: Established and currently monitor productivity metrics to assess and improve process effectiveness including SiteTracker dashboards, reports and accomplishments trackers.
  • Implemented and continued development of Site Tracker enhancements in order to reduce process failure, resulting in project delays.
  • Implemented Project Management tools by streamlining workflows and increased efficiency through the adoption of NJUNS and SiteTracker Automation, Guidde Process Videos, and Joint Use Playbook. Additionally, I am actively working on a Plant Damage and Permitting Playbook.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive trainings as needed, ensuring participants gained a solid understanding of new processes we implemented.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports/trackers in SiteTracker for the Permit and PA Team to monitor and ensure data alignment, enhancing data accuracy and consistency.
  • Host weekly calls with Zone Leads to discuss major issues, achieve alignment across all zones and ideas about implementation of new processes.
  • Regular Project Updates: Provide weekly status reports and project updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment for the whole Ziply organization.
  • Onboard contract resources by creating onboarding checklists for them to follow. Provide training and support to team members on processes and procedures. Address any questions or issues related to process implementation and project compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Led the JU Administrators for the permit data migration from Sharepoint to SiteTracker as well as mailbox management.
