
4+ years of customer service experience in multiple industries including, automotive, healthcare, food service, leadership roles. Through these experiences, I have developed strong customer service skills such as, communicating clearly, resolving customer concerns, working well under pressure, and demonstrating empathy.
I am also experienced in online and independent learning environments. I attended both public and online school growing up, including a few online college courses with UWM. From that I gained skills like self-motivation, time management, and confidence working online. I am currently based in Wisconsin and will be relocating to Missouri in about six months.
I am hardworking, and excited to start my online career. I believe my background and experience make me a strong fit for a remote position.
