Recognition

I have been able to work in the Power of 3 mentorship program with Walmart.  Since starting that program, I have been able to mentor team members who have promoted within the store to Team Lead.  I am currently also mentoring associates who are preparing to promote.  

I have been honored with the opportunities to attend both the Women in Leadership Conference, and Associates week in Arkansas!
