- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients on account related issues
- Work closely with the Vice President of Client Relations to resolve any escalated client issues
- Oversee all payment posting and patient refunds
- In charge of account reconciliation and client audits
- Assist our Accounts Payable Department with client invoicing
- In charge of all outgoing and incoming mail for the company
- Access to all client's Hospital systems and knowledge of how to navigate them
- Retrieves patient information and documentation from Hospital system needed to work accounts
- Compliant with industry regulations, HIPAA (Healthcare Insurance Portability & Accountability Act), and all company policies
