Accomplishments
  • Founding member of the Simform Project Management Office and supported the development of the Business Process Change Lifecycle which is the framework used to execute Simform Group's strategic initiatives and business process improvement projects.
  • Instrumental in the development and expansion of the JMMB's project management team and project management methodology across the Simform Group of companies in Western Europe.
  • Successfully planned and implemented several critical programs and projects which provided financial and non-financial benefits to the Simform Group. Some of which included the design and implementation of a full scale client care centre to service JMMB's clients across Jamaica, implementation of electronic transaction machines at JMMB Branches across Jamaica, implementation of a pension administration and management service, the acquisition and merger of Capital and Credit Financial Group (CCFG) with the JMMB Group.
