• Prepare detailed quotations or estimates based on customer requirements, project specifications, and applicable pricing structures
• Ensure accuracy in pricing and within the company's pricing guidelines and budget constraints
• Communicate directly with distributors when necessary to discuss quotation details, provide additional information, and address any questions or concerns about pricing or terms
• Maintain a well-organized record of all prepared quotations, ensuring easy retrieval for future reference or updates
• Track the status of quotations and follow up on outstanding or pending quotes with clients to ensure conversion into orders
• Assist with general administrative duties related to quotations, such as preparing cutsheets, filing documents, and maintaining records of quotes sent
• Prepare any necessary follow-up documentation or revisions for clients based on feedback or changes in requirements
• Proficiency in quotation software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)

• Install and assemble computer components such as motherboards, processors (CPUs), memory (RAM), hard drives, power supplies, and peripheral devices (keyboards, monitors, etc.)
• Connect internal components, including cables, ports, and connectors, to ensure proper functioning
• Ensure proper functionality of all software and hardware components once the system is assembled
• Professionally manage and organize all internal cables, ensuring secure connections and optimized airflow for efficient system operation and safety
• Knowledge of various computer components and their functions, attention to detail and problem-solving skills and familiarity with safety protocols when working with electrical components

• Review the electrical design to ensure that it aligns with site constraints, adheres to industry standards set by local authorities, and is feasible under field conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Prepare documentation such as the Bill of Materials (BOM), and assist the procurement team to ensure all the materials needed for the electrical system are ordered on time.
• Site inspection whenever it is necessary to confirm that the electrical design matches the constraints and requirements of on-ground conditions.
• Submit the proposed design drawings and as-built design drawings to the relevant authorities or client, and follow up throughout the submission process.
• Obtain the relevant electrical licenses for the projects while submitting to the authorities at every step of the project.
• Support the team by monitoring the master schedule of the project.

• Prepare the technical drawings with the site information provided by, and consult with the engineer for better presentation while the drawing is in progress.
• Manage and prioritize the workload to submit the drawings progressively, in order to support the installation process on site.
• Check the design drawings to be followed by General Drafting Standards, such as engineering tolerance, dimension, symbol, detail, and title block, before delivering to the customers.

• Prepare the lighting, power layout plan, and electrical single-line drawing for the residential project (from shop drawing state to as-built drawing state).
• Produce a draft design of the road modification, and an equipment layout plan showing the details of EPS equipment for the electronic parking system (from shop drawing state to as-built drawing state).
• As well as the related data, single line drawings from the car park booth to stations, and junction box detail drawing.
• Manage signage artwork design until delivery on-site within the committed schedule.
• Apply relevant agency applications related to site conditions (HDB, LTA, Pub, etc.).
• Filing documents systematically for every project.
