Throughout my life growing up and being raised by two nurses you are bound to learn a thing or two about being a caregiver. While with BAMSI and also being a caregiver for my grandmother while she was staying with my family I have gained experience in the healthcare feild and how to aid the elderly and the disabled. Gained skills like cooking and serving food in different consistency, how to give insulin shots, and basically just the basics of giving assistance to the people that are in need for aid. After working with BAMSI and taking care of all the residents in the homes I have a new found love of being there for the people in need.
I am part of a Chess Club at my school. As many may know chess is a game that involves critical thinking, advance analysis, and appropriate time management.
I have been playing basketball since I was 11 years old and ever since I been in love with the game. The game of basketball taught me many things throughout life that I will cherish forever. The game of basketball showed me how important things like teamwork, comradery, and leadership are in life and if you are working with a team/group these things is needed to be successful.
