• Completed precise measurements using special tools. (Calipers, OD Micrometer, Depth Micrometer, Gauges-Plug Gauge and Ring Gauge, Lead and Taper Gauges, Hardness Testing, Ultra Sonic testing.
• Inspected new and used ( reworked ) incoming oilfield tools for accuracy and quality. Motor, Coring and MWD (measurement while drilling )
• Ensure all products meet and / or exceed drawing specifications.
• Report all issues to supervisors and engineering, collaborating to identify issue roots and rectify problems.
• Create NCR's ( non-conformance report ) for deviations from specifications or requirements.
• Review all documentation for completeness, ( certificate of compliance, MTR's / testing requirements ( Hardness Test ), check quantities and serial numbers.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all activities in inspection.
• Perform routine maintenance on all measuring equipment.

ie,send out for calibration needed.

• Maintain a clean work area.

• Supported company in maintaining work environment focused on quality, communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork.
• Thoroughly inspect all new manufacturing parts, as well as in-house manufacturing per print.
• Notify engineering department of any discrepancies found.
• Send reworks to vendors and inspect them upon return.
• Inventory counting and cycle counting experience.
• Shipping of new and used parts with in other districts of MS Directional.
• Routinely checked measuring equipment to resolve testing problems.
