Global lead for the Mondelez & PepsiCo business

North America lead for in-house L'Oreal USA business


Accomplishments:

- Signed first of its kind client-direct JBP (without a direct MSA in place) with Mondelez in 2022, which was renewed in 2023 with a non-US focus.

- In partnership with global teams, grew the Mondelez business by 124% from $16.2MM in 2022 to $36MM in 2023 thanks to coordinated efforts across markets to expand beyond CTV activations to omnichannel, DOOH, OTT, and retail activations.

- Grew PepsiCo business by 169% by partnering with US BD & CS teams to roll out a brand-direct strategy focused on retail/Walmart, resulting in $14MM Q4 '23 incremental via the Walmart DSP.

- Thanks to strong cross-functional collaboration and winning the hearts & minds of both the shopper & brand media teams, TTD is now a global JBP partner of PepsiCo and a direct MSA is expected to be finalized by Q2 2024 with a $55MM global commit in place, representing 71% YoY growth.

- Signed a direct MSA with L'Oreal USA in January of 2022 after a 5 year negotiation and multiple tests.

- Grew investment by 440% between 2022 and 2023 thanks to a strong partnership with OMG team after winning the business from GroupM and focusing on CTV DIO consolidation & retail activation.

- Hosted 5 top to tops with CMO & CEO. CMO now attends all business reviews.

Accomplishments

- Led global pitch process in partnership with regional stakeholders and executive leadership from RFI to 3.5 hour virtual presentation to win the global Nestle business in 2020.

- Managed legal and commercial negotiation to ultimately finalize a direct global MSA in January 2021.

- Partnered with NYC and Detroit BD and CS leads to put in place a US focused JBP directly with Novartis procurement team.

- Led L'Oreal pitch process to win a Q4 2020 test after which we were selected to replace their long-time (6+ years) partner, Adobe.

- Worked with incredible Client & Trading Strategy leads to consolidate Bayer video budgets from Google to TTD, resulting in a $60MM year 1 partnership.

- Kicked off global MSA & JBP negotiation in 2019, ultimately leading to a global direct partnership in 2020 (process was passed to a TTD peer when I moved teams).

- Led global pitch for in-house ABI business thanks to support from GroupM lead, Evan Hanlon. TTD won the pitch despite being meaningfully more expensive than our primary competitor, Yahoo.
