Analytical and people-centric mobility engineer who identifies system integrity issues and solutions for the full life cycle from concept to execution. I am interested and studying to obtain (Air watch -Workspace One), (Mobile Iron Core / Sentry) MS Intune and CompTIA Mobility + certs. For 3rd Party Mobility Vendor Management (IBM +Tangoe, Mobile Iron, Etc.)
Administration of SCCM/MECM for complex technical tasks that require urgent remediation (Microsoft Office 365 migration, licensing, user account access, activation, deployment of software, patches, monitoring, administration).
Repairing SCCM/MECM clients, rebuilding WMI repository, clearing CCM cache and run configuration manager policies, while performing in depth log analysis using CMTrace and Event Viewer to identify major package and OS errors
Perform ongoing administration and account maintenance of Microsoft Office 365 tenant, reflecting ability to solve problems quickly, develop workflow and processes for operation teams, and automate processes through writing and maintaining custom PowerShell scripts to remediate any issues, gather system information, remotely fix various OS errors and automate ad-hoc tasks.
Experience with ITIL v3.0 framework
Experience with service desk and end user services (deskside support) processes
10+ years managing mobile device management or enterprise mobile management systems (MobileIron\Intune\ Workspace One (AirWatch)
Enterprise Experience in managing and/or interfacing with outsourced organizations
Strong Microsoft Office (2016 or higher) experience. Calendaring and scheduling experience required
BA/BS degree or equivalent of I.S. experience
5+ years' experience in a regulated environment preferred
Project management / Project Coordination + Agile experience
Utilization of PowerShell for automating daily tasks, monitoring, and reporting
Assist in the scripting of AD user and contact object updates using PowerShell to facilitate synchronization to Azure AD. Having experience with Various PowerShell module (Azure ad, Active Directory, and exchange online)
