I am working at the prefabrication shop for Huston electric.

• Gotten hands on experience working with : wiring panels, pulling cable, making fixture wipes, and wire and/or making pre-fab assemblies.
• Helped work on and/or fix different kinds of equipment, such as, threaders, table benders.
• Learned how to pull wire through pipe and wire duplexes in a four square box
• Work on fully making temp buckets and wiring the duplexes attached to them
• Made trim kits for multiple job sites.

• Operated forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials efficiently within warehouse.
• Worked on different equipment to fix them and/or clean them
• Learned about different equipments and their functions, such as, Chicago benders, hand benders, table benders, electrical benders, two different types of threaders, pony dyes, etc…
• Learned about different types and wire and their grades
• Learned how to tell sizes of pipe and what type they are
• Learned about the basic materials that are used on job sites, such as, connectors, couplings, four square boxes, wire nuts, strut straps, j hooks, cable trays, etc…
• Loaded and unloaded trucks, ensuring accurate inventory management and placement.
• Conducted regular safety inspections of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Assisted in maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Transported inventory items to appropriate locations.
• Kept storage areas organized, clean, and secure to fully protect company assets.

• Collaborated with team members to streamline material handling processes, reducing delays.
• Helped with taking apart and making lights and panels for job sites. Without wiring up anything
• Implemented best practices for packaging, minimizing damage during transit.
• Trained new staff on proper handling techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitored stock levels, reporting discrepancies to management for timely resolution.
• Packed items into appropriate containers for shipment.
• Maintained a safe work environment by following proper safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
