- Transition between lunch and dinner service.
- Check meat temperatures prior to plating and serving dishes, upholding strict standards for food safety and preparation.
- Bake consistent quality items by accurately mixing, dividing, shaping and proofing.
- Interact with customers and serve meals to individuals.
