Increased graduation rates from 86.5% (2023) to 92.1% (2024), with a projected 96.1% for 2025, while closing postsecondary opportunity gaps and exceeding Indiana’s state average for college enrollment by 10 percentage points.
Implemented 100% outcomes-based instruction aligned to college and career readiness standards, expanded AP, dual-credit, and work-based learning opportunities, and launched the PPHS Academic Scorecard to monitor and accelerate progress.
Positioned PPHS schools among the top-performing in Indiana: Broad Ripple ranked the #2 high school in Indianapolis and #4 charter statewide; Englewood ranked #8 among charters statewide.
Launched and led the first comprehensive strategic planning process in PPHS history, producing a refreshed mission and vision, three-year success metrics, and year-one action plans across academics, enrollment, finance, talent, and culture.
