In my years of working in retail. My customer service knowledge has helped me to understand customers needs in every situation whether it is to just listen or look for items for them because from working in many different types of retail businesses I learn that they all have their own types of customers some you will come across with majority will be Adults then both Adults and children then majority will be elderly so in saying that I have learned a lot of elderly will stay in the retail establishment for hours at a time because they need someone to talk to or they or lonely where family has forgotten about them or their love ones have passed on so being a Manager in retail has taught me to have compassion for people and especially for elderly
