It brought in an internship to assist with the process of moving an assembly line across plants and eliminating labor deviation. The Move consisted of marking locations of the move of a multi-million dollar line and getting it ready for a run for the new Corvette line. Many groups heavily assisted this move as it was a bold move by many. The job also showed how we can make the plant run more efficiently and cut costs where no cost is needed, for example, cutting 5 ft to help with cycle time. The move of the line also heavily involved me, as I had a group coordinating where to drop equipment.

• Contributed ideas towards process improvements that would increase efficiency or productivity levels.
• Monitored performance metrics such as cost, timeline, quality control and customer satisfaction levels.

The role of a sales consultant was very satisfying as I could secure pole with the cars of their dreams and have some great experience in the role of the sleazy people in the world. I created that connection with my customers by making them feel heard and cared for and not out to take their money. The role was a perfect fit and was represented well in my sales, and as a newcomer, I was very successful at doing so.

• Greeted customers as they entered the showroom and identified their needs.
• Demonstrated vehicle features, explained warranties and financing options to potential buyers.
• Negotiated prices with customers and closed sales transactions.
• Provided test drives for prospective buyers to experience the car's performance, comfort and handling capabilities.
• Developed relationships with new clients by following up after purchase to ensure satisfaction with product and service received.

Serving here was such a great experience as well with navigating many different personality's and more as they can hugely different. The role was hard at times with 90% of the time one server would be on the floor covering 10 tables and a bar plus carry-out so the time here helped much with efficiency, time management, and preparedness. The role was great as towards the end I was the top server their and helped train some employees. This was great as many times we as a group the chefs and I had worked together to make a string service team and we have been rewarded so with very generous tips.
