In my role as the Customer Experience Manager of Brand Operations I am responsible for the following; Brand Operations in visuals and merchandising, as well as the customer and associate experience while I CSL on the sales floor. In this role I lead, delegate, and execute with a team all visuals for the sales floor in lingerie and the beauty zone. I do this effectively by training associates and lower level leaders in all brand standards and merchandising throughout the store, so that everyone knows and understand why we do what we do as a brand, and the brand story stays alive throughout the store. I can manage my time well and make sure that all tasks are executed within the hours provided by payroll. While on the sales floor I can manage multiple customers and associates at same time to make sure every customer has an exceptional experience while visiting our store. As well as, staying up with where we are trending in our numbers and making quick decisions when we aren't to make our goals before my segments are over. I develop and train new sales associates in sales behaviors, cash wrap and other imperative tasks such as bra measurements and overall customer service skills. I also do day to day tasks such as opening and closing duties, managing payroll hours daily, promotions and marketing.
