• Budget Management: I am responsible for managing budget & purchase allocations and financial forecasting to support resource planning, overseeing a revenue of $100M.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: I lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency across various departments, including call centers, shipping/couriers, durable medical supplies, pharmacy, accounting, legal, compliance, prescription management, IT, and leadership.

• Compliance Assurance: I ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures across all business units.
• Meeting Facilitation: I facilitate team meetings and workshops to align on goals and strategies.
• Facilities Oversight: I oversee building maintenance, ensuring compliance with facilities management standards.
• Logistics Knowledge: I possess knowledge in warehousing and shipping, including coordination with external couriers.

• Audit Management: I conduct audits from CHAP, URAC, PBMs, state, manufacturing partners, OIG, and federal entities.
