I am a machine operator tasked with processing freight, labeling and moving boxes from storage to freight staging areas. I operate an order picker up to 35ft in the air in order to access freight. I utilize electronic equipment and Windows systems for various job functions. It is my job to move freight in a safe and orderly manner while maintaining a good pace for peak efficiency. I am a competent professional proficient at all tasks I have been assigned and am familiar with PIT equipment, pallet jacks, roller racks, and conveyor systems.

• Conducted in-depth inspections of vehicles to identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical issues.
• Test drove vehicles following repair work to check for any remaining issues.
• Prepared reports on vehicles' condition after inspection and submitted to supervisor.
• Took photos of all damaged areas to include with repair reports.
• Ensured compliance with all state laws and regulations.
• Assigned as vehicle entry control officer, with responsibility to control vehicle entry into facility by searching and clearing vehicles.
• Address reported equipment failures or violations regarding vehicle operations, investigated accidents and drafted detailed reports.

I started as a shop tech doing tire and oil changes, but was moved in as a cashier after 2 months due to my experience in auto parts. I operated all shop equipment including tire machines, wheel balancer, air compressor, and power tools. As a cashier I was a professional of the highest caliber, delivering top quality customer service in a friendly manner. I was tasked with unloading and building pallets, stocking shelves, moving batteries, disposing of used oil, and operating the trash compactor.

I was an opening and closing manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts. I was tasked with opening and closing the store, counting inventory, opening the safe and counting it, counting cash drawers and accounting for discrepancies, stocked shelves, loaded and unloaded pallets, dealt with customer complaints, called customers for various purposes (special order updates, coordinating with commercial customers, etc.), I ran parts deliveries in the company vehicle, and manged a store of up to 5 people when the store manager was out. I was also tasked with spotting theft and addressing it, acting as local Loss Prevention when needed.
