• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflows, interfaces, and any other customizations required to support ITSM processes
• Worked on ServiceNow scripts such as UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Data Policies, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs to create and modify the workspace and existing application
• Creating the new workflows and editing the existing workflows in the ServiceNow application
• Modification of landing pages and enhancing them in the configurable workspace
• Creation and modification of email notifications, users, groups, and roles in the application
• Worked on calling the Quadient application via ServiceNow using a SOAP request as a Web Service Integration
• Design and development of the Quadient WFD with editable features, E-sign feature involved, text fields with validations, XML barcodes, and a feature to display the work order as a PDF name
• Analyzing and coming up with a plan to convert the standalone form to a Quadient web service-driven form, subdividing the single form into 14 subforms

• Design and develop the Java wrapper to call the GMC service and return the response back to the consuming application
• Converting the WFD to an interactive-ready form.
• Automate the deployment process to migrate ICM components from the lower environment to the higher environment in Quadient using Inspire automation and Groovy script
• Took leadership and migrated 400+ forms and statements from Adobe LiveCycle to the Quadient environment
• Created multiple stand-alone HTML forms using dynamic communication, which InterCall's Quadient services to generate PDFs
• Peer reviews the development made by team members, performs unit testing, system testing, and regression testing
• Utilized variety of engineering languages to develop web applications
