● Serve as primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff of college departments in accurately receipting, recording, refunding, and balancing tuition payments and college revenues
● Advise students, parents, faculty and staff of available payment options, policies and procedures related to the Bursar's office and other related departments
● Refer students in need of campus or community resources (financial, academic, mental wellness) to the appropriate department to facilitate assistance for the specific hardship
● Provide assistance, guidance and training for new employees on departmental compliance regulations via a self-constructed instructional manual
