· Utilize the driver hub to initiate transportation of people, goods and services from starting locations to defined destination.
· Follow all applicable local traffic laws and regulatory requirements.
· Provide excellent customer services by engaging customers in conversations and answering applicable questions regarding destinations.
· Assist customers by loading packages, groceries and luggage for transportation.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the personal vehicle and loaned vehicles.
· Provide a personal shopping experience for customers by purchasing items indicated on the application.
· Supervised Call Center Agents to ensure the production of accurate, efficient, and timely handling of all customer inquiries. Customer inquiries may come through several different channels including: phone, email, fax, or SMS.
· Assisted in developing, updating, and facilitating training programs for all Call Center Agents, both initial training and ongoing.
