  • Total of 6 years work experience in nuclear generation at Diablo Canyon Power Plant, as an apprentice, journeyman and foreman for multiple projects.
  • 2 years pipefitting experience in oil refinery turnarounds at U.S. Oil in Tacoma, WA, Chevron Refinery, Richmond, CA and complete shutdown/demolition prep at Phillips 66 Santa Maria Refinery, in Arroyo Grande, CA.
  • More than 2 years of various commercial, residential, and hospital construction as an apprentice and journeyman plumber/pipefitter installing HVAC systems, waste/vent, and domestic piping.

  • Interpret specifications and plan drawings to achieve design builds.
  • Perform layout and detailing of piping systems and associated equipment.
  • Work with engineering, QV, planning, and specialty trade technicians to achieve accurate and quality work completion.
  • As a foreman, lead multiple work crews in the safe and timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
  • Verify and adhere to applicable work procedures, codes or regulations.
  • Document and communicate arising issues to appropriate parties.
  • Plan and prepare tooling, material, procedures, manpower, and training needed for project success.
