My responsibilities here were to make all the food that is kept at 145+ degrees (chicken, steak, rice, fajitas, beans, etc), occasionally I was asked to man the foh taking costumers orders.

• Followed proper food handling procedures established by [Area of certification].
• Utilized kitchen equipment to meet temperature requirements and proper display.
• Cleaned and maintained kitchen equipment regularly.
• Maintained clean, organized grill stations for hygienic, orderly food preparation.
• Grilled meats and seafood to customer specifications.
• Stored and handled goods correctly to maintain freshness and condition.

• Warehouse Associate responsible for expediting customer orders, loading/unloading inventory from trucks, scan products to put items into inventory, troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensure products meet Amazon quality requirements and operate non-powered and powered industrial equipment as needed.

• Worked at Hopdoddy in various positions like Prep Cook, Fry Cook, Grill Cook, Build Cook and Dishwasher until mastered
• Was moved to other positions to help build restaurant knowledge and experience
• Helped train new employees in some of these mastered positions as needed.
