I work in long-term care environments. I provide psychiatric medication evaluations and follow up visits. I cover six nursing homes. I perform in person visits, along with telehealth visits. I engage with the entire clinical team, including the patient's primary care provider, director of nursing, social services, psychotherapy, and family.
