Overseeing and performing and exceeding daily lab bench load operations, managing staff or coworkers as needed in order to assist Lab Manager. Also responsible for assisting the Lab Manager in special projects, scheduling, training junior Med Techs as necessary. Always willing to help coworkers and enable teamwork and good team morale. Willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the Laboratory.
