Oversees the day to day operations of the school building, student behaviors and daily activities to include supporting the needs and address immediate concerns of parents and various stakeholders as they pertain to the day today school activities. Ensure successful opening of the school building on a daily basis. Keep clear and specific documentation of all intervention taken to correct student behavior. Create and implement Behavior Support Plans for students as needed. Counsel with families and students regarding student behavior concerns and goals. maintain incident report records and enter incidents in the Student Information System (Powerschool). Keeps records relative to equipment and furniture and inventory of these items. Identify and report information regarding vandalism, theft, fire damage, and floods; and identifies records and report maintenance needs. Oversee contractors involved in facility projects and delivery of services. Implement After School operational processes and procedures.

7th & 8th grade math, social studies, and science teacher. Duties included implementing rigorous, common core-aligned lessons plans, responding to data, and differentiating instruction within a joyful & structured environment.

As Assistant Dean of Culture, duties included one-to one & small group proactive & restorative practice behaviors, support, and culture coaching.

Tabulated and processed all internship timesheets for timely payment. Developed and scheduled the mentoring sessions with all students throughout the program. Conducted job placement site visits and held random drug testing.
