- Maintained accountability/inventory of 7,800 weapons, $3M in equipment and 5.8M rounds of ammunition annually
- Managed Unit lesson plan program. Responsible for development, updates, corrections and annual review for 18 weapon systems
- Implemented scheduling procedures for max utilization of ranges/instructors to accommodate 300-500 students daily
- 2017-2020 Airman & Family Readiness Superintendent. Managed 11 GS civilians staffing the base helping agency. Responsible for base deployment support for families of deployed members.
- Lead instructor for base interpersonal violence prevention training (Green Dot)
- 2015-2017 Special Operations special duty assignment. Responsible for all weapons training, qualification, inventory, and maintenance for 120 Special Operators conduction operations world wide with 36 hours notice,
- Managed $2.3M Armory, 1519 weapons and associated equipment.
- Conducted monthly serialized inventory of all assigned weapons, suppressors and attachments
- 2008-2015 Combat Arms Instructor Macdill AFB. Trained Base personnel on 18 weapon systems
- Managed live fire range armory as well as base police armory. $1.4M in weapons equipment and ammunition under my control
- Led, trained and supervised 12 Armorers. Built monthly schedules, executed 24 hr operations issuing required equipment for all base security/law enforcement personnel
- 2007-2008 Nuclear Weapons security guard Incirlik AB Turkey
- 2006-2007 Base Police Armorer. Shift worker responsible for issue/turn in of weapons ammunition and equipment needed for base security
- 2003-2006 Base Police officer. Law enforcement patrol and entry control for Hanscom AFB
